The FIP Board is pleased to announce that the next Jury Academy shall be held just prior to the start of IBRA 2023 – the exact dates and details shall be confirmed in the coming weeks. The new FIP Board members who are overseeing the Jury Academy are: Directors Aldo Samame and Peter Suhadolc.
A Jury Academy application form is now required for submission.
The completed form should be returned by email to kelly@f-i-p.ch before 15 December 2022. Please note that acceptance to the Academy is no longer on a first-come-first served basis, but shall have to be confirmed by the FIP Board.
Do take note of the criteria to ensure jurors are ideally suited and can benefit most from the Academy.
For jurors who had passed jury apprenticeship some years ago but not yet judged as a full juror, the FIP Board shall first assign you as soon as possible in the upcoming FIP exhibitions, before they can join the Academy to become a Jury Fellow.
Separate shorter workshops for Apprentice jurors and team leaders are also being planned, so do keep a look out!
